Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-221
SETTING FORTH CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF REGISTERED LAND SURVEY (MBG, Inc.)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved of a Registered
Land Survey for property located north and south of 13th Avenue, lying westerly
of County Road 18, per request of MBG, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
that copies of the Resolution approvtng said Registered Land Survey not be filed
with the County until site plan landscaping for Gruman Steel be improved to include
landscaping of drive.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
