Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was oeld on the 6th day
of Mav , 19 74 . The following mambers were present:ayor
Hilda. Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
owing members were aosen
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-220
MBG, INC. - REGISTERED LAND SURVEY
WHEREAS, MBG, Inc. has requested approval of a Registered Land Survey for property
located north and south of 13th Avenue, lying westerly of County Road 18, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed this request and has
recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of TLYMOUTH
that the request of MBG, Inc. for approval of a proposed Registered Land Survey
dated March 22, 1974 be approved, subject to the condition that Parcel B of R.L.S.
No. 921 be consolidated with R.L.S. No. 1252 (owned by Graybow-Daniels Cowany).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adoptef.
