Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 22nd diy
of April , 19 74 . The following members were present:Mayor _
Hil e, Councilmen Hunt, Nems and Seibold
The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth
_Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moyed its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-214
ACCEPTING 1973 AUDIT
WHEREAS, the George M. Hanson Company, CPAs, has prepared and submi-ted financial
statements for the various Village funds for the year ending December 31, 1973,
in a report dated April 15, 1974, and
WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said financial statements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the finan�.ial statements for the several Village funds for the
period ending December 31, 1973 be and the some is hereby accepted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
'nc lman.-Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owi ng voe—in Favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt Neils and
Seibold (Mayor H11dg left prior to this vote.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
