Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special� meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of
April , 1974 . The following members were present: Mayor
Councilmen Hunt Neils and Seiboid _
The o lowing members were absent: Councilman Spaeth _
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-213
ADOPTING ASSESSMENT - PROJECT NO. 222 - COMMERCIAL -INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES -
PLAYHOUSE INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council
has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for
the improvement of the installation of sanitary sewer and/or water main and
necessary appurtenances for all or a portion of the following described properties:
The Southwest Quarter of Section 21, lying north of 28th Avenue North.
The Northwest Quarter of Section 21, lying south of T.H. 55.
The east 99 rods of the Sputheast Quarter of Section 20.
The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20.
All in Township 118 North, Range 22, West.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RrSOLYED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment. a revised copy of which attached hereto and made
a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment
against the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein included is
hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the
assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installment's extending over
a period of five years, the first of the installments to be payable on or
before the first Monday in January, 1975, and shall bear interest at the rate
of 8% per annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution.
To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from
the date of this resolution until December 31, 1974. To each subsequent install-
ment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
3. The owner cof any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification
of the assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assess-
ment on such property with interest accrued to the date of pyament to the
City Treasurer except that no interest shall be charged if the entire assess-
ment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of this resolution; and he
may, at any time thereafter, pay to the County Treasurer, the entire amount
of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to December 31, of the
year in which payment is made.

4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified suplicate of this assessment
to the County Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the
County and such assessments shall be colledted and paid over in the same
manner as other municipal taxes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following voted against
or abstained: Mayor Hilde. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
