Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-208
GARBAGE HAULERS LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, a list of sanitation applications has been presented to the Council for
approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOlTH,
MINNESOTA that the attached list of Sanitation Renewals (see Exhibit "A") is
hereby approved for a period of one year, starting April 1, 1974, and expiring
March 31, 1975.

The motion for the adcption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
