Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was o e dd on the 15th day

Councilman Spaeth introd6ced the following Resolution and
movea its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-205
JOINT AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
WITH INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT 281
Whereas, this Council has determined tr-at the residents of the City of Plymouth
would benefit through expanded use of oint facilities of the City and Independent
School District 281, and
WHEREAS, they have met with the Board of Education of Independent School District
281 and drafted a Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the purposes of providing
improved recreational facilities and programs,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA that the Mayor and Manager be authorized and directed to execute the
Joint and Cooperative Agreement for Recreational Facilities with Independent
School District 281.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�oggcilmAn_s and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following n_vote in favor thereof- Mayor Hilde. Cogncilmen Neils.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
