Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day
of April , 1974 . The following members were present
Hil e, Councilffi—en—TeTrs. SeTold and Spaeth
Tfie follvaing members were absent: councilman Hunt
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-204
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING - PROPOSED VACATION OF LARCH LANE
WHEREAS, the Council was presented a petition at their April 15, 1974 meeting,
for the vacation of Larch Lane between Goldie Avenue and 24th Avenue North.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That a public hearing be held on May 20, 1974 at the City Public Works Garage,
14900 23rd Avenue North to hear comments on the proposed vacation of Larch
Lane between Goldie Avenue and 24th Avenue North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
