Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was neld on the 15th day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
i5ovedtsi— adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-203
BOND RELEASE - INDUSTRIAL PARK 494 ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has Bond No. 37S453948C, Issued by the Aetna Casualty
and Surety Company to the amount of $10,000.00 for the construction of Cheshire Lane
south of T.H. 55 in the Industrial Park 494 Addition, and
WHEREAS, the City has received a request by the developers to have the bond released
and final acceptance made by the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
that the bond in the amount of $10,000.00 is hereby reduced to $0.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votea in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils. Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
