Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day
of April , 1974 . The follawing members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth -.
ng members were absent:
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-202
BOND REDUCTION - METRO INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has Bond'No. B-621585 in the amount of $7,278.00
for the installation of street signs and boulevard sod on Vicksburg Lane. Ranch -
view Lane and 28th Avenue in the Metro Industrial Park.
WHEREAS, the City has received a request by the developers to have the bond reduced
to reflect the installation of the street signs and approximately 50% of the boulevard
sodding,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
that the bond in the amount of $7,278.00 is hereby reduced to $3,500.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o owing vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
