HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-201CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of April , 19 74 The following members were present: or H e, ounc men Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The rollowing members were absent: none Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-201 BOND REDUCTION - SHENANDOAH SECOND ADDITION WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a letter of credit No. 1155 issued by Northwestern Bank, St. Paul, in the amount of $59,200.00 for the construction of certain streets, utilities and miscellaneous items for Shenandoah Second Addition, and WHEREAS, the City has received a request by the developers to have the bond reduced to reflect the.completed work as follows: Item Original Amount a3` n tary Sewer , Water main 21,100.00 Street Surfacing 23,200.00 Blvd. sod & drainage swale sod 3,200.00 Street signs 300.00 Street sweeping 500.00 Inspections 500.00 TOTAL a % Completed Remaining 100% -O- 0% 23,200.00 50% 1,600.00 17% 250.00 0% 500,00 50% $25,800QOa NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that the letter of credit in the amount of $59,200.00 is hereby reduced to $25,800.00.
