Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day
of April , 19 74 The following members were present: or
H e, ounc men Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The rollowing members were absent: none
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-201
BOND REDUCTION - SHENANDOAH SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a letter of credit No. 1155 issued by Northwestern
Bank, St. Paul, in the amount of $59,200.00 for the construction of certain streets,
utilities and miscellaneous items for Shenandoah Second Addition, and
WHEREAS, the City has received a request by the developers to have the bond reduced
to reflect the.completed work as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
that the letter of credit in the amount of $59,200.00 is hereby reduced to $25,800.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
