Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day
of April , 19 74 The following members were present: mayor
Hi 1 e, Councilmen Neils, Se -5 -old and Spaeth
The following members were absent: LOuncilman un
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-199
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR INSTALLATION OF TEMPORARY
CHURCH EDUCATIONAL UNITS IN AN -R-1 DISTRICT - WAYZATA EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH
WHEREAS, the Wayzata Evangelical Free Church has requested a conditional use permit
for installation of two temporary educational units on their property located at
705 State Highway 101, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has
recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the request of the Wayzata Evangelical Free Church for a donditional
use permit for installation of two temporary educational units on their property
located at 205 State Highway 101 be approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. That the Conditional Use Permit expire July 1, 1977 and temporary buildings
be removed prior to that date.
2. That the temporary units be set back 20 feet from the existing church-.
3. That the petitioner add skirting or informal landscaping around the units.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
