CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, vias old on the 15th day

introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 74-198
SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR A POLE BUILDING IN AN I-1 DISTRICT - GLYNN SABOURIN
WHEREAS, Glynn Sabourin has requested site plan approval for a pole barn to be
constructed on Plat 43718, Parcel 6665, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Plymouth has reviewed said request
and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTE that the request of Glynn Sabourin for site plan approval on Plat 43718,
Pircel 6665, located adjacent to 17740 County Road 9 be approved, subject to the
following conditions:
1. That a 150 foot setback from road center line be maintained.
2. That parcel 6665 and parcel 6680 be consolidated as one tax parcel.
3. That park dedication requirements be met when property is developed for non-
agricultural or residential uses.
4. That one drive be developed to service the pole barn and residence with a
turn -around provided so vehicles do not back onto County Road 9.
5. That there be no outside storage.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon. the
