Pursuant to due tail and notice thereof, a regylqr meting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held o 15th day of

Councilmo-, Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 74-196
SITE PLAN APPROVAL. FOR A BUILDING ADDITION - MONELL TOOL AND DIE CO.
WHEREAS, Monell Tool and Die Co., Inc., 5605 North County Road 18, has requested
site plan approval and setback variance for a proposed building addition, and
WHEREAS. the City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended
approval,
NOW. THEREFORE,. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYM M .
MINNESOTA that the request of Monell Tool and Die Co., Inc. for site plan approval
of a plan dated March 7. 1974 and a two foot building -setback variance on the
south side be granted. subject to the following conditions:
1. That the cash donation to the Park Dedication Fund be $145 (.29 ac. x 5500).
2. That a landscaping bond be posted and a completion date established prior to a
building perm't being issued.
3. That one parking stall for handicapped be maintained and designated.
4. That the private disposal system meet the State and City standards.
5. That a surface drainage plan be approved by the City Engineer.
6. No outside storage of materials or waste.
7. That a letter from the adjoining property owner stating that he had no objection
to the granting of a two foot variance be obtained.
8. That clean-up and painting of the exterior block of the new building addition
and the existing building to a suitable quality be required.
9. That all parking areas and roadways be blacktopped.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Council-
man Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against
or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
