Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council o, the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was .geld on the 15th day
of April 19 74 . The following m?mbers were present:
ayor Hilde, Councilmen Wils, Seibold and Spaeth
The follow ng members were absent:__ Councilman Hunt
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved iti adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-195
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE - SHARON FRANKO
WHEREAS, Sharon Franko has submitted an application for an Off -Sale Intoxicating
Liquor License to operate an off -sale liquor store at 11331 Highway 55, Plymouth,
Minnesota 55441, and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 15, 1974 with regard to
said application, in accordance with Chapter III, Sections 4.11 and 4.14 of the
City Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that, effective April 30, 1974, an Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License is hereby
granted to Sharon Franko on behalf of Ken -Shay, Inc. to operate such business at
11331 State Highway 55, Plymouth, Minnesota 55441, subject to the approval of the
State Liquor Control Commissioner.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
