Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plyuth. Minnesota. was a on t e 15th day
of_! AD=11 19 74. The foilvaing members were present: MUFF—
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-194
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT a PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 407 - 25TH AVER STREETS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 18th day -,of March, 1974 fixed
a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of 25th Avenue between
Magnolia Lane and approximately 1150 feet west thereof by the construction of bitumi-
nous street and necessary appurtenances.
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 15th
day of April, 1974, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an oppor-
tunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvement, to include bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter,
is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted April B. 1974.
2. Attention shall be given by the Engineer to the street grade at the east end
of the project relative to its steepness.
3. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates is hereby designated as the engineer
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of this improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
