Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption;
RESOLUTION NO. 74-193
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 406 - CREEIWOOD HEIGHTS STORM SEWER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 113th day of March, 1974
fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Storm Drainage
District BC -42, as shorn in the Storm Drainage Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota, March,
1973, by the construction of storm drainage pipes and all necessary appurtenances.
. WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 15th day
of April, 1974, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
April 15, 1974.
2. Bonestroo. Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
