The follm,:ir.g members were present: Mgyor _ Reinert ers ►serea sent: Councilman Hund introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-192 ORDERING IMPROVE14ENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS PROJECT NO. 307 - RADISSON INN FRONTAGE ROAD WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 18th day of March, 1974 fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of T.H. 55 Frontage Road (Radisson Inn Frontaae Road) between Annapolis Lane and Xenium Lane and 24th Avenue North between Zinnia Lane and Xenium Lane by the construction of sanitary server. water main, storm sewer, nine -ton street with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances. WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the lgth,<., day of April. 1974, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an oppor- tunity to be leard thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. Such improvement. with storm sewer Alternate II, is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted April 15, 1974. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the mond-owping voted in aver thereos:_�yor Hilde.
