Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-191
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 405 - 10TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 18th day of March, 1974
fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of 10th Avenue
between Nathan Lane and County Road 18 by the construction of a nine -ton bituminous
street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances.
. WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 8th day
of April. 1974 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
April 15, 1974.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates. Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for
the making of such fiprovement.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
