The following moi hers were present: owing men-oers were Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved -its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-190 ORDERING IMPROVE1ENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS PROJECT NO. 4.04 - NATHAN LANE IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 18th day of March, 1974, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Nathan Lane between 10th Avenue and 13th Avenue by the construction of a nine -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter. storm sewer facilities and all necessary appurtenances. 10 WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing othrough two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 8th day of April, 1974, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted April 15, 1974. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates. Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for the improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing P.eselution was duly seconded by and upon rote being taken thereon, the to owing vo a N favor tKereot: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and SRaeth� The following voted against or abs tame none , Whereupon the Fesolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
