CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tie 8th d4y

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-189
GRANTING VARIANCE - SHALL14AN APPEAL
WHEREAS, Kenneth Shallman, 620 Ranchview Lane. has appealed the decision of the Board
of Zoning Adjustment made at their September 11. 1973 meeting. and
WHEREAS, this Council on October 9, 1973, by Resolution No. 73-383, denied the
appeal, and
WHEREAS, due to additional information concerning this request being made available
to this Council, reconsideration of the previous action 1s deemed warranted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that Resolution No. 73-383 be and the same is hereby rescinded, and that a
variance of thirty-three (33) feet from the property line be and the same is hereby
granted for the construction of a garage at 620 Ranchview Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution eras duly seconded by
�uncijand upon vote being taken thereon, the
olll�o�owing vote savor thereof:—'

The following voted against or abstained: Acting Manor Hunt
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
