Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_� meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hel- don the Ist day

_Councilman Nails introduced the following Resolution and
movedd�—its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-179
CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 - PROJECT NO. 909
CENTRAL AREA STREETS
WHEREAS, a Change Order has been prepared and submitted by the Consulting
Engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates. Inc. for the placement
of a culvert extension on Fernbrook Lane at T.H. 55; the adjustment of a
manhole at the Ranchview cul-de-sac and the installation of a swale and
drain tile at 27th and Fernbrook.
WHEREAS, the City Staff recommends the approval of Change Order No. 4,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, that Change Order No. 4 .in the amount of $1,511.50 to Jerome Begin
Contracting for the Central Area Streets Project No. 909 is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in flavor t ereof: ayor Hilde, Ccuncilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
