HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-175CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, held on the lst day of April 19 74 . The following menbers were present: owing memoers we Councilman Neils. introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-175 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS PROJECT NO. 401 - NORTNEAST INTERCEPTOR SANITARY SEWER WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 4th day of March, 1974 fixed a 'ate for a council hearing on the proposed extension of the Northeast Sanitary Sewer Interceptor between the following points: 5 to 5C. 5C to 6 and 6 to approximately 4000 feet north (approximately 49th Avenue) as shown in the Report on the Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth and Supplement there- to dated July 22, 1973, Alternate Plan "B" and Improvement to the Lancaster Sewer Life Station, Lift Station No. 3. WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 1st daffy of April, 1974 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted April 1. 1974. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth . and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor z ereof: or Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
