Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was lield on tie Ist day

Councilman Selbold introdL.ced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-174
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 402 - NORTHEAST TRUNK WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 4th day of March, 1974
fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of the Northeast
Trunk Water Main by the construction of water trunk main between the following
points:- 2J to approximately 1700 feet south, 2J to 2K, 2K to 2M, 2M to 1H,
IH to 1E, IE to 1F, 1F to 11, 11 to 1B as shorn in the report on Water Distri-
bution for Plymouth, Minnesota, 1972; and a 2.0 million gallon water tower
at Site 1.
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 1st day
of April, 1974, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed In the Council resolution adopted
April i, 1974.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being,- taken thereon, the
o-il owing voted In favor thereof:- Mayor Hilda, Crouncilm.n Neilo, SPib,d
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained:: Counrilman Hunt _
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
