CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a realar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held in the 18th day of
March, 1974. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Council-
men Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde and
Councilman Spaeth.

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-1678
RE -SCHEDULING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT 405 - 10TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted December 17,
1973. a report has been prepared by Bonestroo. Rosen, Anderlik and
Associates. Inc. with reference to the improvement of 10th Avenue be-
tween Nathan lane and County Road 18 by the construction of a 9 ton
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer facilities
and necessary appurtenances. and this report wa.o received by the Council
on February 25, 1974, and
WHEREAS. the Council adopted Resolution No. 74-101, Receiving Report
and Calling Fearing on Teprovement No. 405. 10th Avenue. and
HHEREAS, the Public Hearing was held on the 11th day of March, 1974,
and
WHEREAS, following the Public Hearing it was discovered that the
notice of Public Hearing was not published in the official city news-
paper twice as provided for in the Minnesota Statutes. Sec. 429.031.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1) The Council will cider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Mint ots Statutes. Sections 429.011 to 429.111
(laws 1953. Ch. 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost
of the improvement of $44.795.00.

2) The public hearing is re -scheduled and shall be held on such
proposed improvement on the 15th day of April, 1974 in the
Council Chambers of the City
Public Works Garage, a 14900-
23rd
Avenue North, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 P. M. and the Clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and im-
provements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils and Seibold. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
