CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of
March, 1974. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Council-
men Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde and
Councilman Spaeth.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-167
RE -SCHEDULING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT 307 - RADISSON INN FRONTAGE ROAD
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October 9,
1973, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates, Inc. with respect to the improvement of T.H. 55 frontage
road (Radisson Inn Frontage Road) between Annapolis Lane and Xenium
Lane and 24th Avenue North between Zinnia Lane and Xenium Lane by the
construction of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, 9 ton street
construction with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appur-
tenances and the report was received by the Council on February 11,
1974, and
WHEREAS, the Council adopted Resolution No. 74-95, Receiving Report
and Calling Hearing on Improvement No. 307, Radisson Inn Frontage Road,
and
WHEREAS, the Public Hearing was held on the 11th day of March,
1974, and
WHEREAS, following the Public Hearing it was discovered that the
notice of Public Hearing was not published in the official city news-
paper twice as provided for in the Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.031.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting pro-
perty for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pur-
suant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws
1953, Ch. 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $190,540.00

2) The Public Nearing is rescheduled and shall be held on such
proposed improvement on the 15th day of April, 1974, in the
Council Chambers of the City Public Works Garage at 14900
23rd Avenue North at 7:30 P. M. and the clerk shall give mailed
and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils and Seibold. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
