Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of
March, 1974. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Council-
men Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde and
Councilman Spaeth.

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-162
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ASSEMBLY OF KIDNEY MACHINES
RENAL SYSTEMS, INC.
WHEREAS, Renal Systems, Inc. has requested a Conditional Use
Permit for a manufacturing process within an I-1 Industrial District,
and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed
said request and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the request of Renal Systems, Inc.
for a Conditional Use Permit fcr a manufacturing process for artificial
kidney machines in an I-1 District at 2003 East Center Circle be ap-
proved subject to the condition that no outside storage of waste or
materials be allowed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils and Seibold. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
