Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of March,
1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,
Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
WEST MEDICINE LAKE STREETS
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on March 4, 1974, the
City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the construction
of street improvements in the West Medicine Lake Area north of 26th Avenue
North between Xenium Lane and West Medicine Lake to serve the following de-
scribed properties:
Unplatted Lands: 43723- 7400, 6190, 6185, 6170, 6140, 6110, 6122, 6124, 7015,
5810, 4810, 5600, 6800, 6600, 6400, 1630, 4060, 4200, 7600,
5110, 4010 43727-1430

WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assess-
ment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public
inspection.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1) A hearing shall be held on the btii day of April, 1974 in the
City Council Chambers in the Public Works Building at 14900
23rd Avenue North, P'Iymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 P. M. to pass
upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place
all persons owning property affected by such improvement will
be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such
assessment.
2) The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hear-
ing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the of-
ficial newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and
shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the
owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seivald and Hunt. The following
voted against or abstained: Councilman Spaeth had left the meeting. Whereupon
the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
