HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-152Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of
March, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Neils, Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-152
ASSOCIATION OF FREE LUTHERAN CHURCHES - ZONING ORDINANCE VARIANCE
WHEREAS, the Association of Free Lutheran Congregations representa-
tive, Mr. Norris Skogerboe, has requested a variance to the Plymouth
Zoning Ordinance with regard to elevators in three story buildings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the Association of Free Lutheran Churches be
granted a variance to the zoning ordinance not to install elevators
in the dormitory facilities.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following
voted against or abstained: Councilman Spaeth had left the meeting. Whereupon
the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
