Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of March,
1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,
Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-150
EXECUTION OF THE REVISED SUPPLEMENTARY AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT #284
WHEREAS, the City Council on March 4, 1974 did approve of a
Supplementary Agreement No. 1 with the Independent School District
284, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that said agreement should
be revised in Paragraphs 2 and 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA that the Mayor and Manager be
authorized and directed to execute the Revised Supplementary Agree-
ment No. 1 (Oakwood-Ridgemount tennis courts) with Independent
School District 284.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoinci resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Hilde, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils. Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The
following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.
