CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of March,
1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,
Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-149
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 407 - 25TH AVENUE SURFACING MAGNOLIA TO PINEVIEW
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 25th day of
February, 1974 fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed im-
provement of 25th Avenue between Magnolia Lane and approximately 1150
. feet west thereof by the construction of bituminous street and necessary
appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two
weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing
was held thereon on the 11th day of March, 1974, at which all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution dated March 11, 1974.
2) Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc, is hereby
designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The
following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.
