HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-148CITY OF PLYMOUTH W Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of tte City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of March, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt, Seibold and, Spaeth. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-148 ORDERINGIMPROVEMENTAND PREPARATION OF PLANS PROJECT NO. 406 - CREEKWOOD HEIGHTS STORM SEWER DISTRICT WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 25th day of February, 1974 fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed im- provement of Storm Drainage District BC -42 as shown in the Storm Drainage Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota, March 1973 by the construction of storm drainage pipe and all necessary appurtenances, and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon onthellth day of March, 1974 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard 'thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Ck THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted March 11, 1974. 2) Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such im- provement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hiide, Councilmen Neils, Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
