HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-146CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of March, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.. 74-146 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS PROJECT NO. 404 - NATHAN LANE 13TH AVENUE TO 10TH AVENUE WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 25th day of February, 1974 fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed im- provement of Nathan Lane between 10th Avenue and 13th Avenue by the construction of 9 ton street with concrete curb and gutter. storm sewer facilities and all necessary appurtenances, WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the Ilth day of March 1974 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted March 11, 1974. 2) 9onestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such Improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
