HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-145Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of March, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-145 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS PROJECT NO. 307 - RADISSON INN FRONTAGE ROAD WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 11th day of February, 1974 fixed a date for a Council hearing on the pro osed improvement of T.H. 55 Frontage Road (Radisson Inn Frontage Road between Zinnia Lane and Xenium Lane by the construction of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, 9 ton street with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances, and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 11th day of March, 1974 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted March 11, 1974. 2) Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
