CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March, 1974. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-139
PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS. the City of Plymouth has previously constructed sanitary
sewer trunk, force main, lift station and interceptor facilities,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows:
1) It is hereby determined that for sanitary sewer trunk, forcemain,
lift station, and interceptor charges for the following described
parcel of land:

The following assessment policy shall apply and the following charges
shall be applied to the existing land use zoning:
SANITARY SEWER
Residential Equivalent Connection Charge
Residential $175.00 per dwelling unit.
Commercial and Industrial See Note Below
Note:
Residential Equivalent Connection (REC) Charges for commercial
and industrial zoned land shall be applied to each specific use
in determining par+ir..,ar uses water and sanitary sewer REC charges
based upon the following. The relationship between the estimated
annual demand (volume) for water and sanitary sewer services
based upon one REC being equivalent to 72,000 gallons of water
and 72,000 gallons of sewage flow per year as projected by the
City Engineer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CouncilmanHunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
