Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March,
1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,
Hunt and Spaeth. The following members were abst++i.: Councilman Seibold.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION
OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT - PROJECT #142

and the contract price of such improvement is $262,893.26 and the expenses
incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amounts to
$61,597.66 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $324,490.92 and
of this amount the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1) The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $324,490.92.
2) The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or par -
cal of land within the district affected without regard to cash
valuation, as provided by law, and she shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in her office for public inspection.
3) The Clerk, shall upon completion of such proposed assessment,
notify the Council thereof,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
