CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March,
1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, CGuncilmen Neils,
Hunt and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilvian Seibold.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-133
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR PROJECT 116
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of T.H. 101 and
CSAR 6 Area by the installation of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances
and the contract price for such improvement is $51,904.40 and the ex-
penses incurred or to be incurred in the rraking of said improvement amount
to $18,962.16 so that the total cost of said improvement will be $70,866.56
and of this amount the City will -ray $0.00 as its share of the cost and
the City has previously received $16,584.90.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1) That the cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is
hereby declared to be $54,281.66.
2) The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel
of land within the district affected, without regard to cash
valuation as provided by law, and she shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in her office for public inspection.
3) The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment,
notify the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
