HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-128CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-128 C!ANGE ORDER NO. 6 - PROJECT 023 26TH AVENUE NORTH TO 36TH AVENUE WHEREAS, a Change Order has been prepared and submitted by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik, and Associates, Inc. for granular borrow material to stabilize the sanitary sewer trench to prevent settlement damage to existing utility lines crossing new trench. WHEREAS, the City Staff recommends approval of Change Order No. 6, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that Change Order No. 6 in the amount of $1,369.50 to Northdale Construction for 26th Avenue North to 36th Avenue Sewer and Water, Project 023 is approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
