HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-116W W CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-116 SETBACK VARIANCE - FAZENDIN PARK 4TH ADDITION WHEREAS. Roger A. Fazendin has appealed to the City Council the decision of the Board of Zoning Adjustment on February 12 denying the request for a setback variance for a proposed house on tot 1, Block 2 Fazendin Park 4th Addition from 35' to 29' (6 ft. variance), and WHEREAS, the Council finds that said lot has demonstrated a hardship under the provisions of Section 19 of the Zoning Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Roger A..Fazendin for a setback variance of 6' fro,„ -1 Avenue North on Lot 1, Block 2 Fazendin Park 4th Addition be approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,.Hunt and Spaeth. The fallowing voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
