CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March,
1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neils,
Hunt and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-115
PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF PARKERS LAKE CEMETERY
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth Council has prepared a proposed plat
of "Parkers Lake Cemetery". and
WHEREAS. the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed said
proposed plat and recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH MINNESOTA that the Preliminary and Final Plat of "Parkers
Lake Cemetery" located between Minnesota Lane and Niagara Lane north of
County Road b be hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman N.e1 s, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils. Hunt and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
