CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of tie City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March,
1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt
and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-114
CONSOLIDATION AND A DIVISION OF EXISTING LOTS
SOMERSET
WHEREAS, James S. Fish, 19005 12th Avenue, owner of Lot 2, Block 1
Somerset Addition and Richard A. Barr, 18925 12th Avenue, owner of Lot
3, Block 1, Somerset have requested consolidation and a division of exist-
ing lots in Somerset within the City of Plymouth.
NGW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following rearrangement of Lots 2 and 3,
Block 'i Somerset be approved.
PARCEL A
Lot 2, Block 1, Somerset, according to the plat thereof on file in
the office of Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota, ex-
cept that part which lies easterly of a line described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 2, distant
feet westerly from the northeast corner of said Lot 2;
thence southerly to a point on the easterly line of said Lot
2, distant 166.32 feet southerly from said northeast corner
and said line there terminating.
That part of Lot 3, Block 1, Somerset, according to the plat thereof
on file in the office of Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, which lies westerly of a line described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the most southerly line of said Lot 3,
distant 44.00 feet westerly from the southeast corner of said
Lot 3; thence northerly to a point on the westerly line of said
Lot 3, distant 166.62 feet southerly from the northwest corner
of said Lot 3 and said line there terminating.
PARCEL B
That part of Lot 2, Block 1, Somerset, according to the plat thereof
on file in the office of Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minne-
sota, which lies easterly of a line described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 2, distant

49.00 feet westerly from the northeast corner of said
Lot 2; thence souther'y to a point on the easterly line
of said Lot 2, distant 166.62 feet southerly from said
northeast corner and slid line there terminating.
Lot 3, Block 1, Somerset, according to the plat thereof on file
in the office of Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
except that part which lies westerly of a line described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the must southerly line of said

from the northwest corner of said Lot 3 and said line there

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The follow-
ing voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
duly passe' and adopted.
