Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March,
1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt
and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-113
REVISED SITE PLAN APPROVAL `
SAGAMORE
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Council on September 8. 1969 did approve of
the Site Plan for "Sagamore", and
WHEREAS, Quality Homes, Inc. has requested a revision to the approved
Site Plan, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the revised Site Plan dated December
28, 1973 be hereby approved subject to the following condition:
1) Detailed landscaping plan being submitted prior to
Building Permit issuance with performance bond posted
and reasonable completion date established.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
