HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-112CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold. ,t,rt ,t,t,r ,tint Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-112 SITE PLAN APPROVAL MINNEAPOLIS PARK AND RECREATION BOARD WHEREAS, on February 4, 1974 by Resolution 74-68 this Council did approve of the Site Plan for a nursery service center building, and WHEREAS, the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board has proposed that the building be located 210 f,et north of 23rd Avenue 105 feet west of the Niagara Lane center line in order to connect to City water and sewer. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the request of the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board for a site plan approval revised location be approved subject to the facility being connected to City water and sewer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils. Hunt and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
