Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March,
1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,
Hunt and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved 'ts
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-111
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN ASSEMBLY AND PAINT BONDING PROCESS
WHEREAS, Linfor, Inc. has requested a Conditional Use Permit for an
assembly and paint bonding process in a I-2 District on Lot 2, Block 1
Playhouse Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed said re-
quest and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the request of Linfor, Inc. for a Con-
ditional Use Permit for an assembly and paint bonding process on Lot 2,
Block 1 Playhouse Industrial Park in the Steenberg Construction Building
to be constructed be approved subject to the Pollution Control Agency and
the Metropolitan Sewer Board Reyulations.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
