Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March,
1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,
Hunt and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-110
CHANGING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARIN$ - PROJECT #402
NORTHEAST TRUNK WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted December
17, 1973 a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates, Inc. with respect to the improvement of the Northeast drunk
Fater Main and the report was received by the Council on February 11,
1974, and
WHEREAS, the Council set March 28, 1974 as the public hearing date
for said improvement and have thereafter changed the date of said public
hearing to April 1, 1974.
NOW, THEREFORt, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1) The Council will consider the improvement of such project in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting pro-
perty for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Ch. 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of
the improvement of $452,500.00.
2) A Public Hearing will be held on such proposed improvement on
the 1st day of April, 1974 in the Council Chambers of the City
Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North, at 7:30 P. M.
and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, H it and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon .ie Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
