HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-107CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution ar.d moved it, adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-107 PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR BEL MAR INDUSTRIAL PARK WHEREAS, Bel Mar Builders, Inc. has requested Preliminary Plat Approval for "Bel Mar's Industrial Park" for property located north of County Road 6 between Fernbrook Lane and Interstate Highway 494, and WHEREAS, Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed said re- quest and recommended approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the request of Bel Mar Builders, Inc. for Preliminary Plat Approval for "Bel Mar's Industrial Park" dated January 23, 1974 be approved subject to the following conditions: 1) That 10 foot utility and drainage eas_ments be shown along all property lines on the final plat. 2) That a temporary cul-de-sac easement be granted at the south terminus of proposed Cheshire Lane (See Staff Proposed Plat and Circulation Plan) and Cheshire Lane be paved south to serve Lot 1, Block 1; or that the developer be required to post bond for such Improvements in the development contract. 3) That the recommendations of the Park b Recreation Advisory Commission (2/7/74) to accept cash payment be considered to satisfy the park dedication requirements. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passes and adopted.
