HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-106CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of March, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The fo'lowing members were absent: Councilman Seibo-ld. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-106 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A HOME OCCUPATION OF A SMALL TOOL MAKING SHOP WHEREAS, Robert E. Ostman of 4825 Vicksburg Lane has requested a Conditional Use Permit for a home occupation of a small tool making shop in a portion of his double garage at said address, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the request of Robert E. Ostman for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a small tool making shop in a portion of his double garage at 4825 Vicksburg Lane be approved for one (1) year subject to the following conditions: 1) No outside storage of waste and/or materials. 2) That the operation of the tool making shop be limited to the petitioner with no additional employees permitted. 3) That no signs, be permitted. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
