Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of
February, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-105
DISBURSEMENTS FOR PERIOD ENDING FEBRUARY 22, 1974
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending February 22,
1974 was presented to the Council for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH that payment of the list of disbursements for the
following funds is approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund
$2,809,349.98
Construction Fund
792,036.91
Water Fund
221,144.95
Sewer Fund
1,037,315.64
First National Bank of Minneapolis
Special Assessment Fund 1,342,429.26
Bond Redemption Fund 177,535.34
Grand Totals All Funds $6,379,812.08
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde and Councilman Neils. Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth
abstained. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passes and adopted.
