Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of February, 1974. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-104
APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS FOR OFF -SALE AND ON -SALE
NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR
AND A SET-UP LICENSE
WHEREAS, Randall V. Asplund, dba Ryan's Ballroom, has submitted
an application for Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt liquor License for
approval in accordance with Chapter III, Section 3, of the City Code,
and
WHEREAS, Randall V. Asplund dba Ryan's Ballroom, has submitted
an application for On -Sale, Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License for
approval in accordance with Chapter III, Section 3, of the City Code,
and
WHEREAS, Randall V. Asplund, dba Ryan's Ballroom, has submitted
an application for a Set -Up License in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 5 of the City Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the applications for Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating
Malt Liquor License, On -Sale, Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License
and a Set -Up License be approved for a period expiring June 30, 1974.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly secolded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
