CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of February, 1974. ThP following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth, The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold. Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-99 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS SIDEWALKS 36TH AVENUE N. FROM COUNTY ROAD 18 TO PILGRIM LANE PROJECT #409 WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 28th day of January, 1974 fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improve- ment of 36th Avenue (south side of street) between County Road 18 and Pilgrim Lane by the construction of concrete sidewalk and all necessary appurtenances, and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 25th day of February, 1974, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted February 25, 1974. 2) Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such im- provement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon. the f0 lowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
