HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-096CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of February, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Council- men Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth. *w* Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-96 CENTER LINE ALIGNMENT PROPOSED REALIGNMENT OF CSAH 9 WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has adopted a Thoroughfare Guide Plan dated February 28, 1972, and WHEREAS, this plan includes a proposed realignment of CSAH 9, and WHEREAS, the alignment of relocated CSAR 9 is necessary in order for the City of Plymouth to insure its orderly development relative to said alignment, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Hennepin County Board of Com- missioners authorize the Hennepin County Highway Department to proceed with establishing the center line alignment survey for the proposed realignment of CSAH 9 from CSAH 18 to the intersection of TH 55 and CSAH 24. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted 1n favor thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Neils and Seibold. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. râ–ºrrt *,rrr +r**
